These Terms and Conditions apply to all products and services provided by VortexCards.
2. Definitions
Client
Any individual or legal entity purchasing products or services from VortexCards.
VortexCards Hardware
NFC-enabled feedback cards and related physical displays supplied by VortexCards.
Feedback Platform
The digital feedback system used to collect, manage, and analyse customer feedback through surveys and dashboards.
3. Products and Services
VortexCards provides the following services:
• NFC feedback cards and display infrastructure
• survey configuration and setup
• customer feedback collection tools
• reporting dashboards and performance insights
Depending on the selected service package, clients may purchase:
• hardware only
• hardware combined with access to the feedback platform
4. Orders and Payment
Orders are considered confirmed once payment has been received or an agreement has been signed.
Unless agreed otherwise, payments must be completed prior to shipment or activation of services.
VortexCards reserves the right to suspend services in case of non-payment.
5. Delivery and Shipping
Delivery times may vary depending on production and logistics.
Estimated delivery times provided by VortexCards are indicative and not legally binding.
VortexCards cannot be held liable for delays caused by third-party shipping providers.
6. Returns
Products may be returned within 14 days after delivery provided that:
• the products are unused
• the original packaging is intact
• the products are not customised
Customised products, including cards printed with client branding, cannot be returned unless defective.
7. Warranty
VortexCards provides a 1-year warranty on the functionality of the NFC chips included in the feedback cards.
This warranty applies only to the NFC chip itself and does not cover damage to the surrounding display, casing, or printed material resulting from normal use, wear, or improper handling.
Warranty claims must be reported within 30 days after detection of the issue.
8. Use of the Feedback Cards
VortexCards may provide access to a digital feedback platform as part of certain service packages.
The platform allows clients to:
• collect customer satisfaction surveys (CSAT)
• analyse feedback through dashboards
• monitor performance insights
Access to the platform may be provided on a subscription basis depending on the selected package.
VortexCards manages survey configuration and dashboard access for clients.
Certain technical components of the platform may rely on third-party software infrastructure.

VortexCards hardware is intended for legitimate use to collect customer feedback.
Clients are responsible for the placement and use of the cards within their own locations.
VortexCards is not responsible for damage, theft, or misuse of cards once deployed at client locations.
9. Feedback Platform
10. Platform Availability
VortexCards aims to maintain reliable platform access but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Temporary interruptions may occur due to:
• maintenance
• technical issues
• third-party service providers
VortexCards cannot be held liable for downtime beyond its control.

11. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
• the content of surveys
• compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• lawful collection of customer feedback
Where applicable, clients must comply with relevant data protection laws, including GDPR.

12. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights relating to:
• VortexCards hardware
• software configuration
• branding and materials
remain the property of VortexCards unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or modify these materials without prior written consent.
13. Limitation of Liability
VortexCards shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the relevant products or services.
14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
Any disputes shall first be resolved through mutual consultation. If no resolution can be reached, disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
15. Changes to the Terms
VortexCards reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Updated terms will apply to all future agreements and orders.
